Kabosh Digital is a Sydney software company, founded in July 2020. We build custom business systems and AI automation that take the repetitive work off owners and their teams: bookings, invoices, follow-ups and the emails that pile up overnight.

A business system built for one small business at a time. After a free consultation about how the business runs, we build a system that automates repetitive jobs like bookings, invoices and follow-ups, keeps information in one place, and uses AI to read, sort and draft. It comes with an online IT consultant for new features, fixes and security checks.

Kabosh Digital was founded in July 2020 by David Dai, a software engineer with more than 20 years of experience and a PhD in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from the University of Hong Kong.
Since 2012 David has built business systems in Sydney for organisations including IAG, Westpac, KPMG, SiteMinder and APRA AMCOS, including claims, lending and superannuation platforms. In 2026 Kabosh Digital launched M Street System to bring the same kind of automation to small businesses, now with AI doing the reading and drafting.
